Change of address

If your address details change after you have submitted your application, please contact our team on either support@greatrun.org or support@greatswim.org to change your delivery address.

 

Orders

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement.

We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

• the product ordered being unavailable from stock;

• our inability to obtain authorisation of payment; or

• the identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion.

If there are any problems with your order, we shall contact you via email. We reserve the right to reject your order at any time.

Product delivery

All merchandise orders will be sent within 7 days. Subject to availability.

 

Returns

If we send you the wrong product or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will, at our discretion, either replace the product (subject to availability) or provide you with a refund. We will also refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that product unless it was sent to you with other products which you are not returning.

All returns should be posted to us at the address above. Please remember to ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned product.

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days (beginning the day after your order is accepted) to cancel your order. Order cancellations must be made in writing to us quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled product to us.

Refunds will be processed within 28 days once products are received by us. Please note that it may take 5-7 working days from the date we process your refund for it to show in your account. You will be refunded onto the card that the product was purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact us by e-mail at: support@greatrun.org or support@greatswim.org with your order number, postcode and new card details.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

 

Data Protection

Great Run and Great Swim complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and you have the right of access to your personal records held on our computer.

Your name will be added to our mailing list so that we can keep you informed about other events and services. This information may also be made available to other carefully screened organisations to contact you. You are entitled to withdraw your consent to this process by ticking the appropriate box on your application form.

 

Disclaimer

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

All sizes and measurements are approximate; however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

Products are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular products may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock product.
